What Kinds of Documents Do You Edit?

Manuscripts, blogs, websites, novels and short stories, fiction and nonfiction … You name it, I’ve probably edited it. Some genres I’ve worked in include fantasy, sci-fi, literary fiction, young adult fiction, historical fiction (including some French), picture books, memoir, self-help, travel, social issues, art history, kinesiology, business theory, spirituality, lifestyle, new age, and astrology.

What Do You Charge and How Long Will It Take?

The pay rate and time frame vary with each job, depending on the amount of editing needed, the complexity of the text, and your schedule.

Can I See Samples of Your Work?

Here and here are a couple of the blog posts I edited for skirt quarterly, with my changes indicated. More samples are available upon request. I’m happy to copy edit a page or two of your document before we start, so you can confirm the amount and type of editing you’d like.
